Dr.-Ing. Tiemo Arndt appointed as Managing Director, effective September 1st, 2023
Düren, August 25,2023- Reflex GmbH & Co. KG, a prominent manufacturer renowned for producing high-quality graphic fine papers, uncoated label paper, tracing paper, and other specialty papers, is delighted to unveil the selection of Dr.-Ing. Tiemo Arndt as the incoming Managing Director. Dr. Arndt will assume this pivotal role within the company, headquartered in Düren, commencing September 1st, 2023.
Having served as the Head of the Technology Department since September 1st, 2022, Dr.-Ing. Tiemo Arndt has been an integral part of the company’s operations. His tenure in this capacity has provided him with profound insights into the organization’s processes, contributing significantly to heightened efficiency. Notably, he brings with him 16 years of experience from various roles at the Papiertechnische Stiftung.
During the transition period until the year’s end, Dr. Arndt will work in tandem with the incumbent Managing Director, Michael Sablatnig. Sablatnig, who has successfully steered Reflex’s growth over the past five years, will collaborate with Dr. Arndt to ensure a smooth handover. Effective January 1st, 2024, Dr. Arndt will assume full responsibility as the sole Managing Director, guiding the company’s future trajectory.
Reflex, a venerable paper mill with a rich heritage, faces a dynamic landscape characterized by the modernization of its Düren facility and the exploration of new business frontiers. Dr.-Ing.
