This year Reflex again welcomes new trainees in the commercial and industrial-technical fields.
The promotion and training of young people has a high priority at Reflex. Sustainable success is only possible with qualified and motivated employees. Therefore, we are especially pleased to welcome 5 new trainees this year.
The Reflex trainers from the different departments welcomed the trainees and gave them the first substantial information about the company.
Michael Sablatnig, Managing Director of Reflex GmbH & Co. KG, emphasized the importance of training at Reflex: “The development of our junior staff has top priority for us and is essential in view of the demographic development in Germany. I wish all of our trainees every success and, above all, a lot of fun on their new and exciting path into professional life.
In the future, four newcomers will work in the industrial-technical area as paper technologists and electronics technicians for operating technology. At the same time, one of the trainees will strengthen the commercial department as an industrial clerk.
