Udo Clemens celebrated his 50th anniversary with the company this year and can look back on an exceptionally long career at our company. Since joining in 1975 as a paper worker on the roller, he has worked in various areas of paper finishing.

His technical understanding and ability to operate machines safely and efficiently became apparent early on. Over the years, Udo Clemens took on tasks on various machines and developed into a responsible machine operator – including on Calender III and Cross Cutter 5.

During his time at the company, Udo Clemens repeatedly contributed his own ideas and was involved in numerous improvements in operational practice. His expertise and reliability made him a valued pillar of the production department for decades.

Despite his original plan to retire at the beginning of 2025, Udo Clemens will remain with the company and support the paper finishing department on a part-time basis until the end of 2026.
